ARE YOU SAVED?
My friend, this is the most important question you
will ever have to answer. The word of
God (the Bible) tells us in no unmistakable terms that man has a sin problem.
Romans 5:12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the
world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have
sinned:
This is why we need a Savior. Jesus Christ is that Savior. There is no other way to eternal life except
through Jesus Christ, the virgin born son of Mary.
John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no
man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Acts 4:12 Neither
is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven
given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Matthew 1:20, 21 But
while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto
him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee
Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost. 21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people
from their sins.
Without salvation from sin through Jesus, man will
suffer the second death: the lake which burns with fire and brimstone.
Revelation 21:8 But the
fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers,
and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake
which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the
second death.
There is no way to escape our accountability to
God. We will all come into judgement, and that without escape.
John 5:28, 29 Marvel
not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves
shall hear his voice, 29 And shall come forth; they that have done
good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the
resurrection of damnation.
Hebrews 9:27 And as it
is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment
2 Corinthians 5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.
My friend, make your decision to trust Christ today
-before it is too late. I beg you to
consider that God loves you and has provided a way for your salvation through
the Lord Jesus.
John 3:16 For God
so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever
believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
DO
YOU STILL HAVE DOUBTS? My friend, listen to what the
word of God tells you.
Isaiah 1:18 Come now,
and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though
your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red
like crimson, they shall be as wool.
1 Corinthians 15:3, 4 For I
delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ
died for our sins according to the scriptures; 4 And that he was
buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
ARE YOU READY
TO BE SAVED?
If so, then repent of your sins (turn away from your
wicked ways and sinful lusts), and put your faith in Jesus. Remember, church can’t save, a preacher can’t
save, and good works can’t save. Jesus
is the only way man can be saved.
Matthew
John 10:9 I am the
door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out,
and find pasture.
If you want to be saved, you can pray this prayer:
Lord, I come to you an unworthy sinner. I ask you to forgive me of my sins and accept
me as your servant. I repent of all my
sins and accept Jesus, the Risen Lord as my Savior. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
If you know in your heart you have repented of your
sins and trusted Jesus with your soul, then remember and cherish this- your
spiritual birthday; always thanking God for your salvation from the world of
sin. Welcome beloved to the household of
faith.
For your keepsake you may print this out:
I thank God for saving my soul _______ (month, day) of _____ (year) when I repented of my sins believing in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. I rejoice in the fact that I am no longer a sinner, but a saint of Almighty God.
